While getting established in the online world as the one and only custom shoe design company, CEO & Owner, Nicole Tongson quickly saw the need for select haute couture styles that were designed according to each season. She, along with her team of shoe stylists began creating each concept from scratch, putting the Eidia Lush spin on the latest trends in the fashion industry. Each shoe in the E.L. Couture Collection, Sugar & Spice is designed and created by hand with love and all patterns, styles and embellishments are hand selected to give you a completely unique customizable shoe. E.L. Couture Product and Sizing Information

Q. How can I make sure I get the right size couture shoe?

A. Tell us the size you typically wear in heels and we will create your shoe to fit it. Each style fits differently so it's important you tell us your true size. Trust us on this one...

Q. Will my couture design be shared with others like the regular Eidia Lush shoes?

A. No, the E.L. Couture Collection will not be shared publically since they are only available for a limited time during each season.

Q. What types of materials are used in my couture design?

A. Our couture shoe fabrics are all high-end materials. Most patterns used are made of different forms of silk, satin, and lace. Embellishments will be desribed per style as they are changing every season. The shoes themselves are made of PU Leather.

Q. What if I have a larger, smaller or wider shoe size than offered at Eidia Lush?

A. Don’t worry, we didn’t forget about you! Until we can offer these sizes as a permanent option on eidialush.com, we’ve created a service that allows you to re-design your own shoe – Eidia Lush style! This way, you can be sure it fits you perfectly (both in size and in personality). You supply the shoe and only pay the re-design fee. Read all the details in our Special Requests section.

Designing and Ordering

Q. Are E.L. Couture shoes really designed by hand?

A. They sure are. Each shoe is hand-crafted by our cobblers inside our design studio. With trained hands, they create every stitch and glue every component with skill and accuracy. You won’t see assembly lines here, just individual craftspeople doing what they love — making custom shoes.

Q. What am I paying for?

A. The cost of your own customized Eidia Lush shoes is surprisingly low: just the retail price, plus a custom design fee and shipping charges. With every order, there will be a charge for shipping, handling and sales tax, where applicable, as required by law. Your credit card will be charged within 1-3 days of placing your order. Look for an additional email when your order has been shipped.

Q. Can I cancel or modify an order once it’s been placed?

A. Unfortunately, once your order has started production, it’s not possible to change it. Please contact us and, when possible, we’ll try to accommodate changes if your order has not already been sent to the design studio.

Q. How do I track my order?

A. To track your order, log in and click on your tracking number in the order center.

Shipping and Returns

Q.How long does it take for my E.L. Couture shoes to leave the design studio?

A. Our couture shoes take longer to create than our regular Eidia Lush shoes. There is much detail and expertise needed to make each work of art. Your E.L. Couture shoes will leave our design studio in no later than 15 business days.

Q. When will I know my order has been shipped?

A. Once your order has been shipped from our design studio, we will send you an email letting you know it’s on its way!

Q. Do you ship outside of the United States?

A. Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States. This will, however, be a feature we plan on adding soon. Make sure you sign up now for an account to receive a notification when International shipping is a possibility.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. If you receive a pair of shoes and are unhappy with them for any reason, you are able to exchange it for a full refund as part of our Satisfaction Guarantee. To do this, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order. You can either call us at (773) 809.LUSH or contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
