If you receive a pair of shoes and are unhappy with them for any reason, you are able to exchange it for a full refund as part of our Satisfaction Guarantee. To do this, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order. You can either call us at (773) 809.LUSH or contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
