Q. How can I make sure I get the right size shoe?

A. To ensure your Eidia Lush shoes are just as comfy as they are pretty, we've created a fool proof way to size up your foot to each style. Use our Shoe Fit Guide to measure your foot and compare your measurements with those customized for each individual style of shoe.

Q. Will my custom design be shared with others?

A. Once your order is placed, your custom-designed shoes will be on display in our Member Showcase. Here, you’ll not only inspire other designers, but you’ll also get a chance to show off your design skills to friends, family and co-workers.

Q. What types of materials are used in my design?

A. All of our shoes are covered in fabric. Most of the fabrics for the Eidia Lush Main Line are 100% cotton. For E.L. Couture and Total Custom Design shoes, the fabric tends to be thicker and more luxurious such as a brocade, silk dupioni, or jacquard . The insoles and frame of your custom-designed shoes are made of high-quality faux leather.

Q. What if I have a larger, smaller or wider shoe size than offered at Eidia Lush?

A. Don’t worry, we didn’t forget about you! Until we can offer these sizes as a permanent option on eidialush.com, we’ve created two services that allows you to re-design your own shoe – Eidia Lush style! Total Custom Design and Special Requests.

Q. Are Eidia Lush shoes really designed by hand?

A. They sure are. Each shoe is hand-crafted by our cobblers inside our design studio. With trained hands, they create every stitch and glue every component with skill and accuracy. You won’t see assembly lines here, just individual craftspeople doing what they love — making custom shoes.

Q. What if I find a special pattern that isn’t offered on eidialush.com?

A. We love suggestions and ideas on which new patterns and styles we should offer. Please send them to

Q. Do you sell gift cards?

A. Currently, we do not sell gift cards. We plan to start selling them in mid-November, so either check back then or create an account now and we’ll notify you once they’re available for purchase.

Q. What am I paying for?

A. The cost of your own customized Eidia Lush shoes is surprisingly low: just the retail price, plus a custom design fee and shipping charges. With every order, there will be a charge for shipping, handling and sales tax, where applicable, as required by law. Your credit card will be charged within 1-3 days of placing your order. Look for an additional email when your order has been shipped.

Q. What happens after I place my order?

A. After you place your order, three things will happen:

1. First, we will send you an email once your order has been processed.
2. Next, your design will be displayed in our Member Showcase to inspire other designers.
3. Last, and most important, we’ll get right to work on making your design come to life!

Q. Can I cancel or modify an order once it’s been placed?

A. Unfortunately, once your order has started production, it’s not possible to change it. Please contact us and, when possible, we’ll try to accommodate changes if your order has not already been sent to the design studio.

Q. Why are some of the designs in the Member Showcase not available?

A. If a custom design you’re trying to order from the Member Showcase is not available, it simply means that it was a hot seller and we are out of the pattern used to make it. Our patterns are ever-evolving and updated to ensure the uniqueness of your own personal shoe design is not replicated by too many others.

Q. How do I track my order?

A. To track your order, log in and click on your tracking number in the order center.

Shipping and Returns

Q. How long does it take for my custom-designed shoes to leave the design studio?

A. Hand-crafted by Eidia Lush cobblers in our design studio, your shoes will be ready to be shipped approximately 15 business days after your order is placed.

Q. When will I know my order has been shipped?

A. Once your order has been shipped from our design studio, we will send you an email letting you know it’s on its way!

Q. Do you ship outside of the United States?

A. We can ship outside of the United States, but currently it is available by request only. If you live outside the U.S. and are interested in designing shoes with us, please email so we can estimate how much it will cost to ship to your country.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. If you receive a pair of shoes and are unhappy with them for any reason, you are able to exchange it for a full refund as part of our Satisfaction Guarantee. To do this, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order. Please email us at returns@eidialush.com to obtain a return authorization number. The shoes must be shipped back to us via an insured, trackable carrier. Ship all returns to:
