Finding the perfect shoe is not an easy task. That's why we offer the "Special Request" service. This is a unique custom service that involves redesigning a pair of new shoes you own that fit you perfectly but lack in the personality department. This will be especially useful for those with wide widths and 10.5+ shoe sizes.

How does it work?

Use our online form to submit a clear image of your shoe to our design team. If it meets the requirements of our redesign process, we will then email you a link to choose your pattern and leather accent color from our current selection. After you check out with your custom shoe redesign, mail your shoes in a trackable, insured package to:

We will send you an email confirming that we've revieved your package and began the redesign. Your new and improved shoes will leave our shop in 15 business days to be shipped back to you. You will be strutting your stuff in no time.

How much does a Special Request cost?

Special Request prices vary based on order, but start at only $50.00. Please fill out our online form to get started. Upon approval, someone from our team will contact you with your individual price quote and a link to select your redesign attributes.
